Subject to meeting all of the terms and conditions below, a Recruitment Fee Rebate is payable to any Returning Pirates Junior Player who registered and played in the 18/19 summer season who:-

“New junior player” means a person who has not previously registered with the Pirates or any other Club in the Hills Junior Baseball League in any age group (including Aussie T-Ball) in any previous season who:-
- registers for junior baseball with Pirates for the first time in the 19/20 summer season; and
- pays 19/20 summer season fees due to the Pirates in full by the relevant due dates; and
- continues playing junior baseball with the Pirates until at least 1stDecember 2019.
The maximum amount of Recruitment Fee Rebate payable shall be $50 for each New Junior Player recruited in accordance with all of these terms and conditions.
Recruitment Fee Rebates will be paid between 1st December 2019 and 25th December 2019.
Where only one Returning Pirates Junior Player claims responsibility for recruiting a New Junior Player in accordance with these terms and conditions they may be paid the maximum $50 Recruitment Fee Rebate available. However if more than one Returning Pirates Junior Player claims to have recruited a New Junior Player, Pirates may, in their absolute discretion, determine whether to pay the maximum $50 Recruitment Fee Rebate available to only one Returning Pirates Junior Player or apportion the maximum $50 Recruitment Fee Rebate available across more than one Returning Pirates Junior Player(s). In any case the maximum amount of Recruitment Fee Rebate payable shall always be $50 per New Junior Player recruited, irrespective of the number of Returning Pirates Junior Players who contributed to their recruitment.
(eg:- if Pirates determined that two Returning Pirates Junior Players each had some responsibility for recruiting the same New Junior Player, Pirates may determine that each of the Returning Pirates Junior Players who contributed to the New Junior Player’s recruitment should receive a $25 Recruitment Fee Rebate. The two $25 Recruitment Fee Rebates paid would total to $50 being the maximum Recruitment Fee Rebate available for the one New Junior Player who had been recruited).
Whilst there is no upper limit on the amount of Recruitment Fee Rebates payable where multiple New Junior Players are recruited by one Returning Pirates Junior Player , Recruitment Fee Rebates will only be paid in cash up to the amount of 19/20 summer season fees which have been paid in cash by the relevant Returning Pirates Junior Player. These will be paid by electronic funds transfer to the Returning Pirates Junior Player’s nominated bank account. Recruitment Fee Rebates which exceed the amount of 19/20 summer season fees paid in cash by a Returning Pirates Junior Player, will be paid in the form of a Pirates value voucher redeemable at the Pirates Canteen for food or Pirates merchandise during the 19/20 summer season.
Important Note:- 19/20 summer season fees which have been paid by a Returning Pirates Junior player using an Active Kids Voucher are NOT considered cash fee payment for the purposes of this Recruitment Fee Rebate scheme.
