The Quakers Hill Pirates Baseball Club would like to invite you to join our Baseball Academy. The Academy is open to players from all Junior Ballclub’s.  If you are a currently registered Junior Baseball Player and:
•  Want to improve your Skill levels
•  Train as Elite Players do

then this Program is for you

Instruction is provided by:

•  Dedicated Coaching Staff and Guest Instructors
•  Current/Former Coaches and Players

with first hand Experience from top Leagues here and around the world

2010 Program Information

Venue: Corbin Reserve

Dates: April 13 - August 6

- Tuesday & Wednesday nights
(April - July 7)

- Tuesday & Friday nights
(July 16 - Aug 6)

Time: 6:30pm - 8:30/9:00pm

Cost: $250
(Consideration given in the event of involvement / selection in BNSW Programs)

Training Hat and Shirt is also included - to be worn at all workouts

What to bring:

• Grey or White Baseball Pants (To be worn at all Workouts)

• Baseball & Running Shoes (All Workouts)

• Baseball Glove (All Workouts)

Desirable:

• Baseball Bat

 Instruction will cover:

•  Hitting
•  Baserunning
•  Pitching
•  Individual Defense
•  Functional Training
•  Team Fundamentals
•  Situational Defense
•  Strength and Conditioning
